It’s our goal to get you your rack as soon as possible so you can begin enjoying your overland adventures! The current lead time for rax will take roughly 4-6 weeks as some rax components are built to order (*unless your rack is already in stock. If so, the lead time is approximately 2 weeks).

We strive to have all parts, materials, and accessories in stock to ensure the best possible experience. We aim to reduce the number of shipments so we will combine all accessories and rax unless they are purchased individually. It’s a good rule of thumb to not plan a trip around your rax arrival due to unforeseen circumstances that can increase our lead time, including supply chain issues.

We are based in Orange County, CA and if you’d like to pickup your order in person, please make sure to add a note or send an email to info@ruffrax.com with your order number so that we can make arrangements. While there is not a discount for in-person pickup, it does save you time and money on shipping. 

We strive to create the finest quality overlanding rax. Due to the nature of our product & the time attention spent on each piece, all racks are made to order, therfore orders are non-refundable. We apologize for the inconvenience. If there is something you are not satisfied with, please reach out and we can find the best solution possible.

Due to the nature of the product and all rax being built to order, we are unable to administer refunds or accept returns. We offer a 24 hour grace period for cancellation as production begins immediately upon ordering. To cancel your order, please email info@ruffrax.com as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary accommodations.
