I saw the Overland Community start to grow rapidly; I have been camping and fishing for years and knew I wanted to be a part of it. I searched for a rack to place a tent and accessories on, and I kept coming up empty. So, I decided to use my engineering experience from several different industries to build a cool, useful, modular, knock down and USA built overland bed rack - but I still needed help. So, I put together a small user group that put me to the task of designing and building a useful rack system.
After several versions, I came up with what we now call our Modular Design Platform. This led me to freely design using the modular rack system as a base that would allow me to add modular components to. Now, we can continue to service the customer base that we initially started with. This will be the very foundation of the company, our System, and our customers.
